YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:

- Organize and coordinate cultural activities and events at site to promote employee engagement and community involvement;
- Provide support to all employees regarding workplace and employee relations matters;
- Provide support with HR administrative tasks and ensure compliance with Agnico policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations;
- Foster community relations by organizing and participating in liaison activities, including Nunavut Day, Family Day, and Christmas events.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

- 2- 5 years of experience in administrative related work;
- Experience in Human Resources is an asset;
- Mining experience is an asset;
- Strong ability to effectively communicate in Inuktitut and English (Oral and written);
- Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint;
- Position reserved for Nunavut Inuit Beneficiary candidates.
