- Support the Proposal Manager, Business Line Capture Managers, and other team members to coordinate proposal management activities and efforts to deliver high-quality bid submissions across various business lines, primarily Rail &

- Coordinate the proposal strategy development, production of proposals and presentations, and leadership through the stages of the company Pursuits Process

- Facilitate the proposal reviews to ensure the bid team stays on schedule, managing bid work-back schedules and task lists, and following up with bid team members on outstanding actions

- Support proposal quality assurance and control efforts, working with the Proposal Manager to deliver a high-quality and compliant bid submission, aligned with all Requests for Proposal Requirements

- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external technical and consultant staff to foster ongoing development and coordination of documents

- Work with the Proposal Manager to synthesize proposal materials into the final client-ready bid package (proposal production)

- Support the development and assurance of proposal style guides and consistency of our proposal material

- Provide creative support for the design and production of targeted proposal documents





- Maintain continuous improvement of the company digital proposal content library or knowledge hub by working with Subject Matter Experts and pursuits team leads in updating content (i.e., project ‘cut sheets’, past performance citations, resumes, methodologies, win themes)

- Work collaboratively with the assigned Capture Managers and Subject Matter Experts to develop and maintain project profiles, cut sheets, and key personnel CVs

- Support the documentation of lessons learned, working with the Proposal Manager and Director of Project Pursuits to share best practices and lessons learned across all company business lines

- Lead the development of high-quality proposal templates (InDesign and Word) following the company’s branding standards

- Complete any tasks assigned by the Proposal Manager in an efficient and timely manner

- Onsite at delivery center: You will be onsite at our delivery center for the majority of your work hours.

Qualifications &

- Experience

- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on System Implementation Experience in SAP FICO

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or upgrades.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in project-based organizations.

- Experience with integration points to external systems and related SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM).

- Proven experience in functional design, configuration, and data migration.

- SAP certification in S/4HANA (desirable).

- Techno Design experience specific to data modeling, class definition, UI design and workflow design.

- Debug SAP standard and custom program to understand the as-is system design.

- Experience Functional, Integration and User Acceptance testing of large SAP implementations. Understanding of defining and setting up Batch processing and Regression Testing

- Flexibility and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines

- Ability to define and document integration test scenarios

- Possessing leadership skill demonstrated by team-leading experience in consulting background.

- Ability in managing multiple stakeholders.

- Exposure to several different client industries.

- Experience in pre-sales activity is preferable.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coach junior SAP Finance analysts, manage workplan and deliverables, timeline, resource and budget for the project team

- Lead and facilitate business process workshops to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

- Re-engineer and design optimized to-be business processes leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities.





- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for detailed technical designs.

- Perform system configuration and customization of SAP Finance and Controlling PS and its integration with related modules (e.g., MM, SD).

- Design and support the implementation of interfaces between SAP FICO and external systems.

- Plan and execute data migration activities including mapping, transformation, and validation strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (both internal and external) to ensure a cohesive and integrated SAP solution.

- Manage testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and resolve defects in a timel

- Capital Projects - Proposal Specialist, COM

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal and bid coordination

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Arts, Graphic Design or equivalent

- Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities

- Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)

- Equipped to work independently and as part of a team

- Great communication skills and ability to prepare and facilitate meetings to achieve intended outcomes

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Desktop Applications, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI)

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

- Experience in the engineering or business consulting industry is an asset

- Extensive capability in coordinating both Canadian and US public sector proposals is an asset

- Proficient in using the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) as well as Visio, PowerPoint, and other software

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
