Retail Sales Associate

Duties

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock the walls and merchandise displays as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- This job requires multitasking, standing, and moving quickly throughout the building including up and down stairs with a smile on your face. Are you comfortable doing do?
- A requirement of the job, is also keeping a clean workplace, that will include but not limited to taking out the trash, recycling and light cleaning of different areas of the store including bathrooms, staff room area, both customer facing and non-customer facing areas. Tasks also include mopping, sweeping and general cleaning. Are you ok with that?
