You will translate high-level research goals into actionable work packages while mentoring students and researchers. Engagement with industry partners to foster collaboration and proposal submissions will also be critical. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and execution of numerical research projects
- Coordinate and review modeling work from various research staff
- Provide technical guidance in earthquake engineering
- Disseminate research outcomes through multiple scholarly avenues
- Develop strategic partnerships for research and funding Requirements:
