We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Bartender to elevate our guests’ experience through exceptional beverage service and expert mixology skills. Duties

- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink
- Engage with guests in a lively, friendly manner, providing personalized recommendations and creating a vibrant social atmosphere
- Manage bar operations efficiently, including cash handling, POS transactions, and Micros POS system management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to strict food safety and food handling protocols




- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations
- Assist with training recent team members in bartending techniques, customer service standards, and safety procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate orders and ensure seamless service delivery

Experience

- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food industry role, with a strong background in hospitality or food service environments
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining high-quality service
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling practices, and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Basic math skills for accurate cashiering, change calculation, and inventory management
- Previous experience in serving or bartending roles that showcase your ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $19.00-$25.03 per hour
