Key Responsibilities:



• Support recruitment efforts and smooth onboarding processes • Coach managers on employee performance and development • Oversee employee lifecycle changes within HR systems • Ensure adherence to Ontario employment legislation • Initiate improvements in HR processes and reporting

Requirements: • At least 5 years experience as an HR Generalist • Strong knowledge of HRIS, preferably Dayforce • Capable of leading change and improvement initiatives • Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings • CHRP designation in progress or completed
