Senior Instructor Therapist – ABA

Brighton School, a private school in Toronto for students with learning challenges, is seeking an experienced Senior Instructor Therapist to join our team.

Working under the supervision of a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA), you will provide ABA-based support to students while helping guide and mentor other Instructor Therapists.

Responsibilities include

- Implementing ABA and behaviour-support strategies
- Collecting and reviewing behavioural data
- Completing student progress reports
- Supporting and mentoring Instructor Therapists
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and the RBA

Candidates should have education in Behavioural Science, Autism and Behavioural Science, Child and Youth Care, DSW, Psychology, or a related field, along with 2–3 years of ABA experience. We are looking for someone who is confident, dependable, collaborative, and passionate about helping students succeed in a school environment.
