About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly motivated Senior Management Consultant with a strong aptitude for Business Development to be based in Kimberley. This role is critical for identifying new client opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client's service offerings within the Northern Cape region and beyond. You will leverage your consulting expertise and network to drive revenue growth while also contributing to project delivery. This position offers a blend of client-facing strategic advisory and proactive business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, with a significant portion focused on business development or sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building a robust client pipeline.
- Deep understanding of various industries and business challenges.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
