AI Senior Mobile Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.
- Craft client code that is not just efficient but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.
- Actively participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts, utilizing project methods and tools.
- Proficiently gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients.




- Execute complex activities within the current methodology and quality standards, showcasing success across diverse engagements.
- Promote client success across the team by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points, anticipate potential problems, and iterate on solutions that drive client success.
- Engage in agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance activities.
- Actively participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams and supporting the growth of technical capabilities.
- Independently drive project delivery within defined architecture, demonstrating autonomy and accountability in all stages from conceptualization to deployment.

Minimum Qualifications

- A minimum of 5+ years of experience/expertise in the following areas specified below*:

Experience in Agile software development methodologies. Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation).

- React Native and Expo at depth

- TypeScript

○
- React for the web surfaces (Vite, Apollo client)

○
- Offline-first patterns: local persistence, sync queues, conflict handling.

- Native module and platform-bridge familiarity

- Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
- From an AI perspective, We are looking for more than developers who have simply used Claude. Ideally,



someone who has practical experience building or working with AI-driven frameworks, understand how to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs, and can effectively shape and evolve the underlying framework as the project matures.We need engineers who understand both the opportunities and limitations of AI-assisted development is especially important.

Additional Experience Desired

- Mobile test automation, and experience testing across two cooperating apps
- Android and iOS build pipelines
- Bluetooth/BLE exposure
- Feature-flag driven delivery
- Having worked on an app that talks to physical hardware
