Job Title : Project Manager/Leader – Senior (PeopleSoft HCM Functional)

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager/Leader with strong PeopleSoft HCM Functional and QA experience to support the Ontario Public Service enterprise HR/Payroll environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading PeopleSoft HCM functional teams, analysis, design, configuration, testing, upgrades, and payroll-related testing.

Must-Have Skills:

✔️ 5+ years of PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead experience

✔️ 5+ years of QA / testing experience

✔️ Strong experience with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM 9.2+

✔️ Strong knowledge of HR and Payroll business functions

✔️ Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI, PUM upgrades, and PeopleTools upgrades

✔️ Experience with onboarding, benefits enrollment, and life event management

✔️ Hands-on experience leading PeopleSoft HCM analysis, design, and configuration

✔️ Experience leading functional teams throughout the full project lifecycle

✔️ Experience leading functional, system integration, load, performance, UAT, and payroll parallel testing





✔️ Robust experience with QA methodologies, defect tracking, and defect management

✔️ Ability to analyze, prioritize, and resolve PeopleSoft HCM issues and defects

✔️ Experience providing senior functional expertise, project leadership, and client-facing advice

✔️ Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and communication skills

✔️ Experience leading functional analysts / senior functional analysts

✔️ Eligible to work in Canada and available for Toronto onsite work

Strong Plus:

⭐ PeopleSoft HCM experience with Ontario Public Service (OPS)

⭐ Public-sector / government client experience

⭐ Experience with OPS enterprise HR/Payroll systems

⭐ Knowledge of PMI / PMBOK

⭐ Knowledge of Information Management principles and practices

⭐ Knowledge of AODA and related accessibility standards

⭐ Experience with PeopleSoft PUM / PeopleTools upgrades and new feature implementation

⭐ Experience with HR/Payroll integrations
