About the OpportunityOur client, a leading Canadian financial institution, is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Social Media Enablement to lead the implementation of a new enterprise social media platform within Wealth Management.This is a highly visible initiative focused on modernizing advisor marketing capabilities, improving user experience, and enabling advisors to share compliant, pre-approved content across social media channels.

About the Role

You will play a key role in driving platform onboarding, migration, stakeholder engagement, change management, and adoption across the business.

Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new social media enablement platform
- Drive program planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
- Manage onboarding and migration activities for advisors and business users
- Develop and execute change management, communications, training, and adoption strategies
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure delivery against timelines, milestones, and budgets
- Prepare executive-level reporting, status updates, and governance materials
- Partner closely with Marketing, Compliance, Digital,



and Wealth Management stakeholders
- Support advisor adoption while ensuring alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements

Qualifications Must-Have Qualifications

- 5-7+ years of program or project management experience
- Proven experience leading large-scale platform implementations or migration initiatives
- Strong change management and user adoption experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities in complex environments
- Robust organizational, planning, and governance capabilities
