PuroClean Restoration Regina serves homeowners, insurance companies, and commercial organizations with quality restoration services and timely response. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to help us deliver on that commitment.

As the face of our company on your projects, you’ll build trust with property owners, adjusters, and clients—providing clear answers, regular updates, and support through the restoration process.

What you’ll do:

- Manage emergency and rebuild projects, including water damage mitigation, fire and contents cleaning, mould remediation, and reconstruction.
- Prepare accurate scopes, quotations, and Xactimate estimates.
- Manage job costing, budgets, schedules, crews, and trades.
- Track progress and inspect workmanship to ensure quality and compliance with client requirements.
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for new business.

Education and Experience

- Existing experience in project management preferably within the property damage restoration industry
- IICRC Certified - WRT, FSRT, AMRT
- Minimum 5 years direct work experience in property restoration.
- Minimum Level 2 Xactimate Estimating Certification
- Excellent working knowledge of insurance industry
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Goal oriented, strong values
- Customer focused
- Valid SK driver's license required, with clean Driver’s Abstract.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
