Senior Sales Representative – B2B | Spa & Salon Equipment

Full-Time | Permanent | On-Site | Delta, BC

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team in Delta, BC.

You will work directly with spa owners, salon owners, estheticians, massage therapists, wellness professionals, and medical spa businesses to help them find the right equipment and solutions for their businesses.

This is a customer-facing sales role with a strong focus on relationship building, B2B sales, lead generation, follow-up, and closing deals.

What You'll Do

- Work with customers in our showroom, by phone, email, and through B2B sales channels
- Develop new business and generate leads through inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, referrals, and follow-ups
- Build long-term relationships with spa, salon, wellness, aesthetic, and medical spa businesses
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right products and solutions
- Present products and conduct product demonstrations
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales orders
- Follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Negotiate pricing and close sales
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify additional sales opportunities
- Provide product information and after-sales support
- Work closely with warehouse, purchasing, and customer service teams to ensure orders are completed smoothly
- Keep up with new products, industry trends, and customer needs

What We're Looking For

Required:

- 2+ years of sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Confident and professional when speaking with customers
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized,



and results-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Fluent in English

Strong Assets:

- B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience in the spa, salon, beauty, wellness, aesthetic, medical, or fitness equipment industry
- Experience selling higher-value products or equipment
- Existing network of business owners or industry professionals
- CRM experience
- Mandarin
