We're partnering with a fast-scaling hardware technology company that's redefining industrial motion control with a fully-integrated, plug-and-play "smart" linear motor — replacing legacy pneumatic and electromagnetic actuators for OEMs, system integrators, and machine builders. The company is targeting growth from $3M to $50M CAD in revenue over the next five years, and this is their first true senior sales hire.

What you'll own

- Full-cycle ownership of a growing key-account book — converting strong prototyping relationships into committed, high-volume commercial accounts.
- New logo development across industrial automation, defense, and the broader OEM space.
- Managing and qualifying a solid inbound lead stream alongside targeted outbound prospecting.

What you bring

- 5–7+ years of experience selling a physical hardware component (not IT hardware) into industrial markets — ideally to integrators, OEMs, or machine builders.
- Comfort with technical conversations and product demos; a technical degree or engineering background is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, still-maturing organization.
- Comfort supporting defense-sector customers.
