Alpha Hub is building an AI-powered platform for private capital markets from the ground up. We're still early enough that major model architecture, data pipeline, deployment, and AI product decisions haven't been locked in yet.

We're looking for a bold, execution-focused Senior AI Engineer who wants to help build, not just contribute.

Role overview

You will lead the development of Alpha IQ, our proprietary AI engine for deal scoring, investor-founder matching, diligence automation, and predictive insights. You will design, build, and deploy production-ready AI systems while translating private-market needs into reliable, scalable intelligence products.

What you will do

- Lead end-to-end development of Alpha IQ's AI and machine-learning features and MVP.
- Build and optimize models for deal scoring, risk analysis, predictive performance, and confidence scoring.
- Develop investor-founder matching algorithms using investment criteria and behavioral signals.
- Create AI copilot tools, recommendations, summaries, alerts, and predictive market insights.
- Own AI-ready data pipelines, model validation, monitoring, cloud deployment, and third-party AI integrations.

What you bring

- Five or more years of experience building production-grade AI or machine-learning systems.
- Solid Python skills and hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience designing, training, deploying, monitoring, and optimizing scalable models and data pipelines.




- Ability to lead technical projects and explain complex machine-learning concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Helpful but not required

- Experience with large language models, OpenAI APIs, NLP, predictive analytics, or deep learning.
- Fintech, private-capital, investment-platform, blockchain, or financial-services experience.

Why we are building this

We've spent years around founders, investors, operators, and capital markets. We saw talented companies struggle to raise capital, investors struggle to evaluate opportunities, and critical processes still being managed through disconnected tools, spreadsheets, and email chains. In a nutshell, this industry loves investing in tech but is itself majorly in need of an upgrade.

We're building Alpha Hub because we believe private capital deserves better infrastructure, a real end-to-end platform that doesn't exist yet in this highly fragmented landscape. More importantly, we enjoy building ambitious things with smart people and tackling problems that don't have obvious answers.

We're more interested in builders than checkbox matches.

Compensation

This role begins as an equity-based position while we complete our current fundraising process.

We understand that's not a conventional arrangement, and it won't be the right fit for everyone. We're looking for people who value ownership, impact, and the opportunity to help shape a company from an early stage.
