Role Overview The Senior Solution Architect - CRM will lead the design of a large-scale CRM and enterprise solution architecture while advising on target solution Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). The role ensures business requirements are met while aligning with enterprise standards, policies, service specifications, cost models, and industry best practices.

This position provides leadership in solution architecture, application evaluation, integration strategy, and implementation of end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions within a cloud-based enterprise environment. The successful candidate will design scalable, secure, and productive solutions that support business programs and enterprise services.

As a senior technical authority, the incumbent will lead the modernization of complex data and application environments, bridging enterprise databases, integration platforms, and cloud-native solutions. Working across hybrid environments, the role provides hands-on technical leadership in solution architecture, data architecture, integration design, and cybersecurity while driving strategic transformation initiatives.

The role will also provide technical system and data architecture expertise, undertake architecture assessments and reviews, support enterprise data needs, and provide guidance on technical architecture policies, standards, processes, controls, and solution cost estimation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design of enterprise CRM solution ecosystems and data models that align with enterprise standards, security requirements, integration frameworks, and best practices.
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solution architectures, provide cost estimates, support governance approvals, and facilitate solution acceptance.
- Assess the impact of emerging technologies and services on the existing technology landscape and provide modernization recommendations.
- Provide strategic architecture leadership and advisory services throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Establish architecture standards, reusable design patterns, technology roadmaps, and solution governance processes.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide technical mentorship and guidance to delivery teams.
- Develop architecture documentation, standards, roadmaps, and executive briefing materials.

Technical Skills (60%)

- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architecture, including design, implementation, customization, and governance of enterprise-wide platforms.
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dataverse Architecture, including data modeling,



entity design, security models, and data management strategies.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including:
- Model-Driven Apps

- Power Automate

- Power Pages

- Business Process Flows

- Experience architecting and implementing Azure-based enterprise solutions, including:

- Azure Integration Services

- App Services

- Functions

- API Management
- Cloud-native components

- Demonstrated experience designing Enterprise Integration Architectures and implementing scalable integration patterns across multiple business systems and platforms.
- Knowledge and experience integrating enterprise applications using MuleSoft and related integration technologies.
- Experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 Security Models, including business units, security roles, access controls, and data segregation strategies.
- Demonstrated experience designing multi-tenant enterprise platforms supporting multiple lines of business.
- Experience designing, documenting, and governing REST-based API architectures and integration standards.
- Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing Power Automate workflows.
- Experience designing external-facing and internal-facing digital solutions using Power Pages.
- Experience developing and governing Dynamics 365 extensions including:

- Plugins

- PCF Controls

- Custom APIs
- Azure-hosted custom components

- Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Data Architecture, including data models, integrations, migrations, and information governance.
- Experience in Cloud Security Architecture and Identity & Access Management (IAM), including Microsoft Entra ID and role-based access controls.
- Experience establishing architecture standards, reusable design patterns, technology roadmaps, and solution review processes.

Communication, Consultation, Collaboration and Facilitation Skills (40%)

- Experience leading stakeholder consultations with business, architecture, security, and technical teams.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused recommendations.
- Experience facilitating architecture workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Experience collaborating with Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Integration, and Delivery teams.
- Ability to influence and advise senior executives, sponsors, product owners,



and technical stakeholders.
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into implementation roadmaps.
- Experience presenting architecture assessments, solution options, recommendations, and risks to governance committees and executive audiences.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and consensus-building capabilities.
- Experience leading architecture reviews and mentoring project and delivery teams.
- Strong written communication skills with architecture documentation and executive briefings.

Must Have

- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architecture, including design, implementation, customization, and governance of enterprise-wide platforms.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Business Process Flows.
- Experience architecting and implementing Azure-based enterprise solutions, including Azure Integration Services, App Services, Functions, API Management, and cloud-native components.
- Demonstrated experience designing Enterprise Integration Architectures and implementing scalable integration patterns across multiple business systems and platforms.
- Ability to produce architecture deliverables including:

- Physical Architecture Diagrams

- Solution Architecture Documents

- Integration Architecture Specifications

- Security Architecture Designs

- Data Flow Diagrams

- Environment Architecture
