The Role:

We are seekingaSenior Specialistto join our team to help supportsitesin Danbury, CT, Aurora, IL, Green Bay, WI, Billerica/Bedford, Ambler, Riegelwood, Toronto, and Chaska.The SeniorSpecialistprovides financial decision support for the assigned manufacturing plants and is a key business partner to Plant Management in theMaterials Solutions(MS)Division.The individual’s responsibilities are toassistin the maintenance of theplant cost accounting processes and to provide operational/cost accounting analysis in support of plant operations. This position will report tothePlant Finance Lead.

WhatYou’llDo:

- Analyze,understandand interpret financial results; provide insightful and actionable feedback/recommendations for management inidentifyingopportunities for improvement.

- Supportmonthly/annualforecasting/budgeting;

- Ensure the plant financial forecasts and budgets are aligned with Operational,MSDivision and Corporate goals;

- Support the establishment ofstandard costing rates and partner with Operations to update material cost, BOM and routings for cost roll;

- Support and review proposedproductivity projects;

- Review/explainmanufacturingvariances;

- Business/Operationsdecisionsupportthrough analysis;

- Providetimelyplant results and drive accountability;

- Complete month end close tasks ensuring that financial statements related to the Plantsare properlystatedand conform togenerally acceptedaccounting principles (GAAP), including inventory valuations and reserve amounts;

- Provide financial education/training and guidance to non-finance employees.

What We Seek:





- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financewith 3-5years experience;

- Financialmodeling andanalysis experience;

- Cost accounting knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment preferred;

- Knowledge ofgenerally acceptedaccounting principles (GAAP) and internal control concepts;

- Strong analytical andproblem solvingskills;

- Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic global environment;

- Proactive, future-looking, positive attitude;

- Proficient SAP,Exceland PowerPoint skills; Business Objects and/or SAP BPC a plus;

- Strong communicationskills; ability to summarize and clearly communicate financial analysis tonon-financial business partners.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;

- Successful business partnership with site, business unit and division leadership through forecast/budget alignment,timelycommunication of financial results/risks/opportunities and adhoc analyses/modeling support;

- Open to travel to other Entegris sites

- Demonstrated understanding of continuous improvement through identification, vetting, and tracking of improvement projects.

Compensation: $85,000.00-$114,000.00 a year with actual pay dependent on candidate’s overall skills for the role
