The Senior System

Administrator will oversee maintaining and enhancing key IT infrastructure and resolving complex technical issues. Reporting to the Managed Services Senior Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead IT projects. Your technical expertise will be critical for addressing escalations when necessary, although regular on-call duties are not present. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute IT system upgrades for optimal performance
