About Us

168 Sushi Buffet is a busy, family-friendly all-you-can-eat sushi and Asian restaurant serving fresh sushi, sashimi, and a wide variety of hot dishes to guests every day. We are a friendly, hardworking team and we are growing. We are looking for a positive, reliable Server to join us.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly, seat them, and explain how our buffet and ordering process works
- Keep tables clean by clearing plates promptly and resetting tables for the next guests
- Refill drinks, replenish utensils and supplies, and respond to guest requests quickly
- Keep the dining area, buffet stations, and service areas clean, tidy, and stocked
- Work closely with the kitchen, sushi bar, and front desk to keep service running smoothly
- Handle guest questions and feedback politely and professionally
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

Qualifications
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Friendly, positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay on your feet for a full shift
- Able to lift and carry up to 20 kg (bussing trays, supplies)




- Available for weekends and holidays
- Good teamwork and communication skills; basic English required
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset.
- Smart Serve certification is an asset (include only if the role involves serving alcohol)

- Weekday and weekend shifts available
- Lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts
- Weekend and holiday availability required
