Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a server in our taproom, you will be responsible for promoting our in-house brewed beers, crafting cocktails, serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and recommendations of our craft beers.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all orders are correctly entered and payments handled efficiently.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving guidelines.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.
- Uphold food safety standards in all aspects of food handling and preparation.

Experience

- Previous bartending and/or serving experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and food handling practices is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Experience with POS systems or cashiering is a plus.
