We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, providing detailed descriptions of food and beverage options.
- Take accurate orders using a POS (Point of Sale) system, ensuring timely and correct delivery of food and drinks.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through Micros POS or similar systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit,



promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling, alcohol service, and hygiene practices to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a solid background in bartending and serving roles.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering functions.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, proper food handling procedures, and alcohol service laws.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, billing, and change calculations.
- Experience in the food industry demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and hospitality expertise.
