We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Take accurate orders for food and drinks using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff
- Prepare and serve beverages responsibly, including bartending duties such as mixing drinks, garnishing, and maintaining bar stock
- Serve food promptly while ensuring proper food handling and safety standards are followed
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including bar stations, dining tables,



and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Engage with guests proactively to address their needs, resolve issues promptly, and enhance overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
- Solid customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods while multitasking efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and inventory management
- Experience in hospitality or food service environments is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
