Overview

We are looking for an experienced Server to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate is confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment, provides attentive and professional service, and understands how to create a smooth dining experience from seating to payment.

Previous restaurant serving experience is required. Candidates should be comfortable with upselling, table turnover, multitasking, and managing multiple tables efficiently during busy service. Basic bartending experience is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Understand the menu well enough to make recommendations and answer guest questions
- Use upselling techniques naturally to recommend appetizers, drinks, add-ons, and desserts
- Manage multiple tables while maintaining robust service standards
- Maintain efficient table turnover during busy periods without making guests feel rushed
- Monitor tables, refill beverages, clear plates, and anticipate guest needs
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff




- Process payments accurately using the POS system
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations
- Assist with opening, closing, side work, restocking, and general FOH duties
- Follow responsible alcohol service and restaurant policies

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant serving experience is required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of upselling and table management
- Able to multitask and prioritize during busy service
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Basic bartending experience is preferred
