Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including bar stations and dining spaces




- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues efficiently

Skills

- Proven experience in restaurant service, bartending, or food industry roles with a robust focus on customer service
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and basic calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with guests professionally and courteously
