Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Process payments efficiently, handle cash and credit transactions with precision, and give correct change
- Assist in food preparation and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining spaces, counters, and kitchen stations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times

Skills

- Proficiency with POS systems,



especially Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; knowledge of the food industry is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a welcoming attitude and clear communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
- Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices in a restaurant setting
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with food preparation, serving, and hospitality best practices is advantageous
