Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to set a positive tone for their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities through friendly suggestions
- Manage cash handling accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments with basic math skills
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with sanitation standards
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions,



special requests, or concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
- Food safety knowledge and food handling experience essential for maintaining sanitation standards
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy
- Experience in serving, cashiering, or hospitality roles is highly desirable
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation processes is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills to ensure guest needs are met efficiently and courteously
