Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role requires strong communication skills, productive time management, and a passion for the food industry.

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided to ensure you excel in your responsibilities.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed at all times, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with food preparation when necessary and support kitchen staff during busy periods.
- Manage guest inquiries professionally,



providing excellent guest services to foster repeat business.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards.
- Effectively manage time to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest requests courteously and efficiently.
- Basic math skills for order accuracy, billing, and cash handling.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices within the food industry.
- Experience in serving or restaurant environments that require multitasking and quick thinking.

Pay: $13.30-$14.00 per hour
