Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to manage time effectively and work well under pressure will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Duties

- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of service.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service areas.




- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Experience

- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
