We at The Carbon Bar are looking for a new Server to join the team. The Carbon Bar is a very exciting and lively restaurant focusing on American BBQ with an extensive bar program which has a large influence on Whiskey, Whisky and Bourbon. We continue to remain the best BBQ in the city, the best up scale casual restaurant, Open Table's 100 best restaurants for 4 years straight.

The highly desired Server position very rarely becomes available as we are highly focused on promoting internally but we are happy we are able to offer it to you...our potential new hire.

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Day to day operations of food and beverage service

Smart serve practices

Extensive food and beverage knowledge





Qualifications and Skills

2-3 years of previous Serving Experience Required

-Knowledgeable in food and beverage service practices

-Cocktail knowledge and experience is a must

- Wine Knowledge (asset)

- Bourbon Knowledge (asset)

-Smart serve Pay: $17.60 per hour
