We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated effectively
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while providing correct change and receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including food handling and sanitation practices in compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations




- Provide attentive guest services by checking on tables regularly, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Requirements

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards in the food industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to perform basic math for billing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $17.60-$29.02 per hour
