Overview

W Burger Bar is seeking experienced servers with proven customer service and sales skills to join our team. Candidates should possess strong oral communication & time management, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems and handheld devices
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout shifts.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues professionally, and ensuring overall satisfaction.




- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Follow all restaurant policies related to food safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards.

Experience

- 1 year in a high volume capacity
- Some bartending experience preferred
- Smart Serve certified

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.60 per hour
