What will you do:

- Process daily work orders and assist the Service Manager and Assistant Manager with other administrative issues.
- Answer telephones and, if necessary, take messages, assist or make appointments for with aftermarket supplier and Body shops
- Open /Close-out work orders.
- Forward matched orders and invoices to the Accounting Department on a timely basis.
- Prepare invoices and record amounts received.
- Examining an insurance/warranty claim and providing a estimate for parts, repaid labor charges of the damaged/corroded vehicle.
- Work effectively with Sales Department and the Parts Department
- Update systems, as required.
- Assist in preparing schedules for body shop repairs.
- Attend all department meetings.
- Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures.




- Perform any other duties as required.
- Create work orders and order parts as required to complete set repair
