Red Hill Toyota is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy Service Department.

Our Service Department is busy, fast-paced and customer focused. We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who enjoys working with people, can confidently manage a full day, and understands how important clear communication is to a great service experience.

As a Service Advisor, you are the connection between our clients and our technicians. You will listen to client concerns, help them understand their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs, provide timely updates, and recommend appropriate services in an honest and professional manner.

What You'll Do

- Provide a friendly, professional service experience from vehicle drop-off through pick-up
- Listen to client concerns and clearly document maintenance and repair needs




- Use video walk-arounds to help clients understand their vehicle's condition and recommended maintenance or repairs
- Review and recommend appropriate maintenance, repairs and value-added services in an honest and skilled manner
- Keep clients informed throughout the service process, including estimates, timelines and additional work required
- Work closely with technicians while managing multiple clients, repair orders and priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

- Minimum three years of automotive Service Advisor experience
- Robust customer service, communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to stay organized and provide great service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Confidence managing multiple clients and priorities at the same time
- A professional, honest and client-focused approach to recommending maintenance and repairs
- Experience with PBS and Xtime is a plus!
- Previous Toyota Service Advisor experience is a definite asset.
