Service Supervisor is a full-time job with Tesla in Laval, Quebec. You will guide a team of techs and help them grow. Your main focus is the customer service experience and day to day work at the service center. In this role, you will run shop tasks and keep the work moving. You will set quality goals and service goals.

You will also make sure the team follows Tesla rules for safety and service. You will team up with the Service Manager and other groups. Together, you will improve how work gets done. You will help handle technical problems and people related issues. You will also back training and skill growth. You will aim for steady quality, fast turnaround, and robust operational results.

- Manage a tech team and keep the service center going at a steady pace.
- You will guide the shop floor, note what happens each day, track parts, and make sure the team understands what to do.
- You will also check that safety rules are followed.
- You will work with the Service Manager to hit goals for job quality, job timing, and costs.

Responsibilities

- Help lead a crew of technicians.
- Coach them and help them grow.
- Run the shop in everyday life.




- Handle work flow, paperwork, parts stock, and day to day needs.
- Be the main contact for how the service shop runs.
- When something stops working, change the plan fast and keep it clear.
- Talk with the Service Manager and other teams. Set goals for quality, how fast work moves, and cost.
- Always follow the safety rules.
- Use the site safety plan every day.
- Handle shift coverage and make schedules that fit the workload.
- If a tech issue hits or the team gets stuck, step in and help right away.
- Meet the team each day.
- Review the goals and point out anything slowing the work.
- Do one on one often.
- Check progress and discuss how each person can grow their skills.
- Watch for weak spots in training.
- Step in with extra practice when it is needed.
- Ensure every task is done the right way.
- Follow work steps and shop standards.
- If the Service Manager gives other tasks, take them on.

Requirements

- Other related experiences can also count.
- Lead or supervisor experience, about 1 to 3 years, in a service role is a plus.
- Automotive experience is not required.
- Strong communication.
- You work well with others.
- You solve problems as they show up.
- You can run multiple tasks at once and handle competing priorities.
- You meet deadlines without losing quality or slowing output.
- Lead group sessions when problems come up.
- Help the team work through the issues and agree on next steps.
- Talk with customers when the role calls for it.
- Use Microsoft Office tools well.
- Be available on a flexible plan, including overtime on weekdays and on weekends.
- Have a valid Canadian driver’s license.
