Position: ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows following platform best practices and ITIL standards.
- Configure and manage ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change Management, CMDB, Service Catalog, and SLA Management.
- Develop automated workflows using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Business Rules, and Integration Hub.
- Create and maintain Service Catalog items, approval workflows, and request fulfillment processes.
- Develop and enhance Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, and server-side scripting solutions.
- Build and support REST/SOAP integrations with third-party applications using MID Server, Integration Hub, and Scripted APIs.
- Implement and support IRM/GRC solutions including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
- Ensure platform security through ACLs, role-based access controls,



and ServiceNow security best practices.
- Manage Update Sets, Scoped Applications, Git Source Control, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Required Skills

- Hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
- Strong expertise in ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, and SLAs.
- Active ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) Certification.
- Active ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) Certification.
- Solid JavaScript development skills (Client-side and Server-side).
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Integration Hub.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, security architecture, application scopes, and delegated development.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
