COSTI is seeking a Shelter Support Specialist to enhance its shelter services for those in need. This role supports the intake and comfort of individuals facing homelessness. In this position, you'll help facilitate admissions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and provide vital support to clients accessing shelter services. You'll employ trauma-informed practices to maintain an inclusive atmosphere, while assisting with daily operational tasks in a bustling setting. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee client intake and assessment processes
- Maintain shelter documentation and compliance
- Monitor meal service and distribution
- Conduct bunk inspections and wellness assessments
- Collaborate with external service providers Requirements:
- Community College Diploma or equivalent
- Six months experience in a relevant setting
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in First Aid/CPR/AED required
