Duties

- Supervise daily cafe operations, ensuring all activities align with company standards and policies
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management
- Oversee customer service interactions to ensure a positive experience and resolve escalated issues promptly
- Manage cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and cashiering activities accurately
- Assist with recruiting efforts by participating in training and onboarding new staff members




- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining budget controls
- Handle administrative responsibilities such as stock count, cash count
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a secure store environment

Requirements

- Proven supervising or team management experience within retail or customer service environments
- Solid espresso bar skills and cafe operation management
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling procedures
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on customer service excellence and team collaboration
- Strong communication skills
