Sector Energy Ltd. is looking for a dependable and motivated Shipper / Receiver to join our growing team in Calgary.

This is a hands-on role in an industrial fabrication and manufacturing environment. You will play an important part in keeping materials, components, and finished products moving efficiently through our facility.

What You'll Do

- Receive incoming materials, parts, and supplies and verify quantities and condition against purchase orders and shipping documents
- Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts and other material-handling equipment
- Prepare finished products and materials for shipment
- Package, label, and secure products appropriately for transportation
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers, couriers, and suppliers
- Complete shipping and receiving documentation accurately
- Maintain organized staging and storage areas
- Maintain accurate material records




- Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials
- Work closely with the shop, purchasing, and office teams to ensure materials are available when required
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
- Assist with other shop and material-handling duties as required

What We're Looking For

- Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience
- Experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment is an asset
- Forklift experience; valid certification is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to read and understand shipping documents and purchase orders
- Comfortable working in a busy industrial shop workplace
- Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Experience handling steel, pipe, fabricated components, or industrial materials is an asset
