Job Summary

Up Top Roofing & Exteriors is looking for an experienced and dependable Siding Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, works well as part of a crew, and is comfortable working outdoors and at heights.

The Siding Installer will be responsible for the installation of siding and related exterior products on residential and commercial projects. This includes preparing work areas, measuring and cutting materials, completing installations according to manufacturer specifications and company standards, and maintaining a clean and safe job site.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing our customers with high-quality finished work. Previous siding installation experience is preferred, and experience with other exterior products is an asset.

Must have transportation.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Install siding and related exterior products according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
- Measure, cut, and properly fit siding materials
- Remove existing siding and prepare surfaces for new installation as required
- Install exterior trim, soffit, fascia, flashing, and other related components as required
- Inspect work areas and materials before and during installation to ensure quality workmanship
- Identify and communicate any job-site issues, material shortages, or additional work required
- Safely operate hand tools,



power tools, ladders, and other equipment
- Follow all company and job-site health and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the project
- Protect customers' homes, landscaping, and surrounding property while completing work
- Work efficiently with other crew members to keep projects on schedule
- Perform final clean-up of the job site, including removal of debris and leftover materials
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, coworkers, supervisors, and other trades on site

Experience

- Previous siding installation experience required
- Experience installing vinyl siding and other exterior siding products
- Experience with soffit, fascia, exterior trim, and flashing considered a strong asset
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other installation equipment
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install materials
- Knowledge of proper siding installation techniques and manufacturer specifications
- Previous experience working on residential exterior renovation or construction projects preferred
- Understanding of job-site safety practices and procedures
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot installation issues

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
