ADC Group is looking for an experienced Concrete Site Supervisor to join our team in Uxbridge. This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing a crew of fewer than 10 employees while actively participating in daily site operations.

The successful candidate will have a robust background in concrete construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering quality work safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead a concrete construction crew.
- Coordinate daily site activities and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
- Oversee concrete forming, placing, and finishing operations.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Promote and enforce safe work practices.




- Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.

Qualifications

Required:

- Solid understanding of concrete forming, placing, and finishing techniques.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lead by example in a hands-on work environment.

Preferred:

- 5+ years of experience in the concrete construction industry.
- 2+ years of supervisory or crew leadership experience.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 50.0 per week
