FULL-TIME CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR – MIDLAND, ONTARIO

Level Up Tiling Inc. & General Contracting is hiring an experienced full-time Construction Site Supervisor for a commercial/residential renovation and third-floor addition in downtown Midland.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities
- Prepare, issue and track work orders
- Review approved architectural, structural and mechanical drawings
- Schedule trades, inspections, deliveries and equipment
- Confirm workmanship follows the drawings and specifications
- Track materials, labour, deficiencies, delays and change-order requests
- Maintain daily site records, progress photographs and reports
- Coordinate with the owner, architect, engineers, inspectors and suppliers
- Maintain a clean, organized and protected construction site
- Report problems immediately and help develop practical solutions
- Verify completed work before subcontractor payments are recommended
- Obtain written owner approval before authorizing extras or design changes

Qualifications
- Minimum five years of construction experience




- Previous site-supervision or construction-coordination experience
- Experience with commercial, multi-residential or building-addition projects
- Ability to read architectural, structural and mechanical drawings
- Strong scheduling, communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Ontario construction practices and site-safety requirements
- Working at Heights, WHMIS and First Aid certification preferred
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using a smartphone for photographs, email and daily reporting

Position details
- Full-time, permanent
- Monday to Friday, approximately 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Midland, Ontario
- $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience
- Immediate start
