Duties

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules ,Usually 3-4 job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure work meets safety standards and client specifications
- Manage project budgets by monitoring costs and assisting with construction estimating tasks
- Schedule and assign tasks to workers, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
- Review plans and schematics regularly to identify potential issues early in the process
- Be hand on tools if required to complete tasks on time
- Perform site inspections to verify work quality and compliance with project requirements
- Provide to upper management weekly updates for each job site with Pictures

Experience





- Proven supervising experience in the construction industry with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar tools
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating
- Experience in quality control procedures and safety regulations within a construction workplace
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and perform basic construction budgeting tasks
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams of workers effectively
- Familiarity with construction management practices such as scheduling, resource allocation, and project documentation
