Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coaches to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children and knowledge of ice skating with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals of all skill levels. The Coach will be responsible for leading training programs, providing instruction, and fostering a positive environment that encourages personal growth and teamwork.

Duties.

- Provide instruction in ice skating techniques, strategies, and safety practices.
- Monitor and assess the progress of participants, offering constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Organize practice sessions to engage participants.
- Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents,



and other stakeholders regarding progress and expectations.

Requirements

- Proven experience in teaching or coaching, in ice skating
- Solid knowledge of ice skating techniques, rules, and safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Ability to work well with individuals of varying ages and skill levels.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in planning training sessions.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification is necessary. Join us in making a difference through sports by applying your skills as a Coach!
