EVOLVE CAMPS SKI INSTRUCTOR

- Position: Ski Instructors for Evolve Snow Camps
- Saturdays and/or Sundays From January 9th to February 28th
- Location: Mount St Louis Moonstone (Coldwater, ON) (busing from GTA available)
- Reporting to: Evolve Snow Camps Manager/Director
- Evolve Snow Camps is looking to add to our great team of Snow Staff! We are looking for ski instructors for our programming this winter. As we offer camp-style programs for kids aged 6-17, the ideal candidate is a certified CSIA instructor (or equivalent certification). It is also important that members of our team enjoy working with children, have a positive attitude, will be excellent communicators and team players.

Required Skills

- Qualifications: Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance certification required, Level 1 or higher (or equivalent)
- Dynamic, motivated, enthusiastic professionals who are proficient with working with children
- Ski industry experience an asset
- Good interpersonal skills, working in a team setting

Required Experience





- All applicants must have a Valid Canadian Working Visa or be a Canadian Citizen.
- Prior experience as an instructor is an asset

Duties

- Instruct and coach campers of all ages and abilities to ski within instructors certification level (group lessons for children)
- Complete lesson ability reports & relevant administration forms as required
- Knowledge and adherence to the Alpine Responsibility Code
- Participating in the creation of camper group lesson plans and organization
- General on hill tasks and maintenance as required
- Acting as ambassadors and hosts at various functions for Evolve Snow Camps on and off the hill

Job Location: Coldwater, ON (Mount St Louis Moonstone) - transportation is offered from all over GTA

Position Type: Contract/Seasonal

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $120.00-$150.00 per day
