SKI CLOTHING SALES STAFF: Full Time (Seasonal)

What you will do in this role:

- Assist in managing customer service and flow throughout the department.
- Assist customers in assessment of their needs and support them in selecting the most suitable products.
- Assess, intake and triage a variety of items for adjustment including store inventory and customer adjustment requests (these include services, boot adjustments and warranty requests etc.).
- Passionately lead by example the sales and customer service standards expected by Skiis & Biikes
- Educate customers and staff on trends in the ski, snowboard and bike industries and help them choose the right product or service for their adventures.

Requirements for this role:
- Proven sales experience
- Passion, knowledge and involvement in athletic pursuits such as skiing, snowboarding, and biking
- Ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships and develop a rapport with customers




- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Positive, passionate, and self-starting attitude and work ethic
- Proactive, solution-oriented, responsible, dependable
- Ability to work well independently and as a team
- Schedule flexibility including nights and weekends
- Completion of grade 12 education

Job Type: Full time Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Experience:
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
