What You’ll Love:

- Monday to Friday schedule
- 6:30am – 3:00pm (starting and ending at our Port Coquitlam warehouse)
- Paid travel time from the warehouse to job site(s)

What You’ll Do:

- Install cabinetry and slatwall systems to a tight tolerance — measured, level, flush, first time
- Read scope of work and execute it without hand-holding
- Cross-train into polyaspartic/epoxy floor coating application
- Keep job sites clean and organized — you're a guest in someone's home
- Catch problems before they become callbacks
- Communicate proactively with the Installation Manager and Ops Manager, not just when something goes wrong

We work in premium homes. Cleanliness, detail, and attitude matter just as much as tool skills.

What You Bring:

- Based in the Tri-Cities (or within ~15km)
- Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle (required)




- 2+ years hands-on construction or trades experience
- Strong proficiency with hand and power tools (skill saw, chop saw, jig saw, etc.)
- Confidence working independently
- Physically capable (lifting 50 lbs, full-day movement)
- Detail-oriented: You notice alignment, finish, and fit
- Professional and customer-aware in occupied homes
- Reliable, consistent, and takes ownership of your work

Construction or trades experience is required — as long as you meet our requirements and eager to learn, we’ll train the right person. If you cut corners, struggle with punctuality, or need constant supervision, this won’t be a fit.
