We are seeking a motivated and dependable Skilled Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various on-site activities, ensuring projects progress smoothly and safely. Your hands-on approach, attention to detail, and willingness to learn will contribute directly to the successful completion of diverse construction tasks.

Responsibilities

- Assist with general site preparation, including loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Support skilled tradespeople by carrying out basic tasks such as mixing, cleaning, and material handling
- Perform site cleanup duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
- Help with the installation of structures, fixtures,



or other components as directed
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times

Experience

- Previous experience in construction or manual labour is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork
- Basic understanding of construction site procedures and safety regulations is advantageous
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions effectively
