Operator position requires a hands-on approach to operating manufacturing equipment safely, performing maintenance, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. - Participate in team pre-job and Toolbox discussions
- Operate and maintain machinery according to guidelines
- Repair and produce power section stators for drilling use
- Conduct inspections and identify equipment issues
- Ensure a protected and organized work environment Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary
- Minimum of two years in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting experience
- Experience with forklift and overhead crane as an asset
