Duties

- Prepare and blend smoothies, juices, and other beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in accordance with food safety standards
- Operate cash registers using POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate transactions
- Provide friendly, attentive service to customers, answering questions about menu options and dietary needs
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas to uphold hygiene standards
- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to serve customers promptly without compromising quality




- Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks as needed to support overall store operations

Skills

- Experience with POS systems like Micros POS and cash handling procedures
- Strong background in the food industry or food service environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication
- Barista experience or familiarity with serving beverages is a plus
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in food preparation and serving
- Good time management skills to handle peak hours smoothly
- Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling, and basic math for accurate measurements and transactions
