Join our team as a Snow Plow Operator. In this energetic role, you will operate heavy-duty snow removal equipment to clear snow and ice from driveways and parking lots. Your expertise will keep communities moving smoothly, even in the harshest weather conditions.

Responsibilities

- Operate tractors with snow removal equipment.
- Follow safety protocols meticulously to prevent accidents during snow removal operations
- Maintain detailed logs of work performed, including areas cleared and materials used
- Respond promptly to changing weather conditions, adjusting operations as needed to maximize safety and effectiveness

Experience

- Proven experience operating heavy equipment
- Solid understanding of commercial driving regulations and safety standards




- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshoot mechanical issues on heavy equipment
- Prior experience with heavy equipment operation in winter weather conditions is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately

This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in active environments and are committed to maintaining safety during challenging winter months. Must be available to be on call 24/7 from Nov 1st until April 15. Must have a clean driving record. Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
